SITELIVE · RUN THE BUILD, LIVE

Run the build,
live.

The Operational Intelligence System for construction, quarries, haulage and site operations — built on evidence, run by intelligence, approved by humans.

SiteLive OS · Operational Intelligence System

True operational
intelligence.

Built for subbies and builders to run their business efficiently. Point solutions organise fragments — a form here, a photo there. SiteLive OS runs the whole operation on one measured record: your live records are generated from the work you actually do — no double entry, no admin pile-up — with an intelligence platform underneath that senses, grounds, predicts and drafts, and a human approving every consequential action.

Every number on a director's dashboard traces back to a fact captured on a foreman's phone. That is the difference between software that files paperwork and an OS that proves work.

The cost of not knowing

Construction runs on
unproven work.

~30%
of rework traces to poor data and miscommunication
56 days
typical wait for construction payments to land
$14 h/wk
supervision hours lost chasing paperwork and photos
1 in 5
claims disputed for lack of substantiating evidence
Prelims · Lost time · Rolling loss
$0

Every hour a crew waits on an answer, a delivery, or a certification, prelims burn with nothing to show. This is what it costs while you read this page — and what a measured record claws back.

Seven workspaces

One OS. Every job
on the project.

Click a workspace to see inside — every function, and how it out-works the point solutions.

The intelligence platform

Four engines.
One judgement: yours.

Each engine contributes in its own way to better decisions for subscribers — and every consequential action still waits for a human signature.

Included in every subscription. Access to the four best AI engines on the market — for all of your staff, grounded in your own data. No per-seat AI add-ons. No usage anxiety. Every worker at the gate gets the same intelligence as the director.
IQ

Intelligence Engine

Grounded reasoning over your own measured record — bookings, ledger, contracts, diaries. It cites what exists and never invents evidence.

RE

Reality Engine

GPU-rendered 3D truth — survey processing, BIM twins, photoreal renders and 4D playback, computed on demand at cloud scale.

VX

Voice Engine

Speech in any language becomes timestamped evidence — transcribed, faithfully translated, filed and searchable. Powered by best-in-class voice AI.

MX

Motion Engine

Programmatic film — flythroughs, claim playback and evidence reels rendered as video, every frame backed by the confirmed ledger.

Photoreal GPU render produced by the Reality Engine
Reality Engine output — a photoreal still rendered on GPU from the project's own model, on demand
The deep intelligence

The AI Workspace

Converse, strategise and draft with an AI that knows your project — meetings, memory, prompts and collaborative document building, grounded in your sites' real data.

Insight

Ask anything — "what did I flag on the walk this morning?" — and get the answer with the timestamped evidence attached, quoted verbatim.

Grounding

Every answer traces to a record: a booking, a ledger line, a contract on file. If the document isn't uploaded, the AI says so instead of guessing.

The nervous system

SiteLive senses risk from its own measured record — certification shortfalls, late certifiers, expiring licences, red-rated performance — and drafts the protective action. Nothing sends itself.

The organism

The app audits its own rough edges nightly, ranks them, and improves daily — a self-improving platform with humans holding the approval gate.

Guides. Predicts. Protects.

From tomorrow's clash to next month's exposure: deep intelligence that helps you act early — and drafts the paperwork to protect your position when you do.

Powered by the best on earth

Four frontier AI labs.
One subscription.

SiteLive doesn't bet your project on one AI vendor. Under the hood, every job is served by the frontier model best at that job — and as the labs leapfrog each other, we re-tune the line-up so you're always on the best available. You never pick a model; SiteLive does.

Anthropic

Best at: contracts, commercial analysis and long-document rigour — cost plans, cashflows, legal-style contract review, and the independent second read on every AI take-off.

Selected for its discipline with long, high-stakes documents — it follows a 200-page contract without losing the thread, and its errors are uncorrelated with our other models, which is exactly what a cross-check needs.

OpenAI · GPT-5

Best at: polished client-facing writing — methodologies, presentations, tender narratives — and turning spoken words into accurate text with frontier transcription.

Selected because when the words are going in front of your client, tone and craft matter — and its speech models power the accuracy behind every voice note filed as evidence.

Google

Best at: deep multimodal reasoning — reading drawings, dockets, photos and schedules; the AI Workspace's grounded conversations; report generation and translation at speed.

Selected for the strongest vision-plus-reasoning on the market with a huge context window — it can hold your whole drawing set in mind — and a fast tier that makes high-volume extraction affordable inside every plan.

xAI · Grok 4

Best at: real-time-flavoured reasoning — multi-source deep research, records-search query understanding, and the BIM model co-pilot's code-heavy spatial work.

Selected for raw reasoning speed on fresh, messy questions — the model that shines when the answer has to be assembled from many live sources at once.

How SiteLive picks — instantly, per task

Every AI surface in SiteLive names what it's doing — draft a contract notice, read a delivery docket, cross-check a take-off, answer a site question. A single tuning table maps each task to the model that measurably does it best, and a multi-provider router dispatches the call in milliseconds — with automatic fallback to a second provider if a lab has an outage. Your team just asks; the routing, the failover and the model choice are SiteLive's job. And it's all included — all four labs, every plan, every member of staff, no per-seat AI add-ons.

G'day — I'm SiteLive. Ask me anything about the platform: how claims prove themselves, what the living twin is, how voice notes become evidence, what the nervous system does, pricing, comparisons — anything. I only answer from my own feature record, and if I don't have it on file, I'll say so.

Who it's for

Both sides of the table.
Same measured record.

From the small builder or subbie scaling up — but plagued by inefficiency and rework — to the enterprise that needs to know what's really happening on its projects right now, and how to help their teams immediately.

Subbies scaling up

Run the business, not the paperwork. Records generate themselves from the work you actually do — no double entry — and every claim line carries timestamped evidence, so you get certified and paid faster.

Small builders growing

Scale without the inefficiency and rework tax. Certify against evidence, not assertions — performance, safety and compliance sensed daily, protective actions drafted for your sign-off.

Enterprise

Know what's really going on across every project, right now — and how to help your teams immediately. One source of truth from site to boardroom, every dollar traceable.

Straight answers

Questions.

Is the AI making decisions on my project?
No. AI drafts, classifies, transcribes and suggests. Every consequential action — a letter, a claim, a hazard assignment — waits for a human to approve it. Nothing sends itself.
Can the evidence really back a payment claim?
Yes — the as-built ledger is append-only and timestamped; claims are computed deterministically from it and rendered in your client's own template with the evidence pack attached.
What makes the twin "living"?
Every feed carries a freshness pulse and every measurement an honest accuracy grade (verified / indicative / visual). The twin shows what's actually built right now — and says so when a source is stale.
Do voice notes work in other languages?
Yes. The original transcript is preserved as the authoritative evidence and a faithful English rendering sits beside it — nothing added, nothing lost.
Is the AI contract drafting legal advice?
No — it's drafting support that cites only documents actually on your file. For high-stakes instruments, the draft is what you take to your lawyer, cutting the billable hours, not the safety net.
Which plan should I pick?
Field (A$99/mo) for a single site and crew running the day. Project (A$299/mo) for a full project team — it adds ZoneLive, Commercial, SupplyLive, QuoteLive and security, with unlimited staff seats. Company (A$499/mo) for builders running multiple sites and the business — it adds EstimateLive, JobLive, Portfolio Command and advanced integrations, and pools allowances company-wide. Every plan is a full product — you move up for scope, capacity and the commercial & portfolio tools.
How do I run a company and deploy extra sites?
On the Company plan, add sites whenever you need them — an extra site runs at the named level's full capability under your one Company account (a Field site A$99/mo, a Project site A$299/mo), with billing following automatically. Switch sites from the header or use the 'All sites' view, and your AI credits, storage and WhatsApp allowances pool across the whole company. A Senior Admin owns the company — they add sites, authorise the subscription and invite Site Admins; Site Admins run their projects and onboard staff and subbies.
Is there a free trial — and can I cancel anytime?
Yes — your first site is free for 7 days. Card details are taken so there's no interruption, but cancel anytime before day 7 and you pay nothing. After that, cancel with one click in settings and keep access until the end of the month you've paid for. Your rate is locked for 12 months, payment processing is passed through at cost, and you own your data — export free anytime.
Do my subcontractors pay?
No — subs you invite confirm bookings, raise observations and log men on site for free, and they never need a subscription to work on your sites. SiteLive is one account per person: when any company adds you, your same login sees and confirms all of it. If a sub wants the full toolkit to run their own sites and crews, they subscribe at the same flat per-site price.
What if I need more AI credits, storage or WhatsApp?
Allowances are generous and soft — you're nudged before a cap and nothing switches off mid-job. Top up anytime at cost plus a small margin: AI credits from A$12 (one-time, never expires), storage from A$15/mo, WhatsApp notifications from A$45.
Why does SiteLive use WhatsApp for check-ins?
Because every operator, driver and subbie already has it. No app downloads, no logins, no per-user SMS fees — crews just tap a link in a message they already trust. On check-out they're asked one question — what did you do today? — and the answer is timestamped against the booking, perfect for timesheets and dispute evidence.
Can I switch features on or off?
Yes. Every site ships with the full toolkit, and admins can flip any module off per site — it disappears from navigation completely until you turn it back on. Today, Settings, People and Admin are always available.
What happens to my records over time?
Project History keeps a 36-month diary of everything that happened on site — every booking, confirmation, arrival, departure and work summary, filterable and printable for payroll, meetings or disputes. And if you ever cancel, your data follows a fair exit ladder: kept ready for 90 days, archived up to 12 months, and never silently deleted — see Trust & Data Security.
Why I built SiteLive

"Construction doesn't have an information problem. It has an understanding problem."

People often ask me why I built SiteLive.

The answer isn't because construction needed another app.

It didn't.

Construction already has software for drawings, RFIs, defects, programmes, safety, timesheets and documents. If all I wanted to do was build another management platform, there would have been no point.

I built SiteLive because after more than twenty years working in the industry, I realised something.

Construction doesn't have an information problem.

It has an understanding problem.

Read the full letter
The realisation

Every day on site we create thousands of pieces of information. Phone calls. Drawings. Emails. WhatsApp messages. Deliveries. Labour records. Plant movements. Site diaries. Photos. Surveys. Programmes. Safety records.

But none of those things truly understand what is happening on a project. They simply record it.

As a builder and project director, I spent years making decisions with information scattered across dozens of systems, hundreds of conversations and thousands of documents. I knew there had to be a better way.

I wanted to build something that didn't just collect information. I wanted to build something that understood it. That became SiteLive.
The principle

From day one, the goal was never to replace builders. It was to help them.

I don't believe AI should make decisions for people. I believe it should give people the confidence to make better ones. That's why SiteLive is built on real project evidence, not guesses. It doesn't invent information or pretend to know something it doesn't. If the data isn't there, it says so.

Because that's how trust is built.

The gap

I also wanted to build something that smaller builders could actually afford.

Some of the best builders I've ever worked with run small businesses. They're not short on skill or experience. They're short on time, and they're expected to compete with companies that have entire teams dedicated to planning, reporting and administration.

That never sat right with me.

Technology shouldn't widen that gap. It should close it.

So every feature we've built has had one question behind it: "Will this genuinely help someone run a better project tomorrow?" If the answer is no, we don't build it.

Where this goes

SiteLive isn't trying to become another filing cabinet for construction. It's trying to become the operating system that quietly connects everything already happening on a project and turns it into something useful.

Something that warns you before problems become delays. Something that helps teams work together instead of chasing each other. Something that lets builders spend more time building and less time managing paperwork.

We're still at the beginning of that journey. The platform will continue to evolve, because construction evolves. Every customer teaches us something. Every project makes SiteLive better. We listen, we improve, and we keep moving forward.

At the end of the day, SiteLive isn't really about software. It's about the people who get up before sunrise, put on their boots and take responsibility for delivering projects that matter.

Those people deserve better tools.

That's why I built SiteLive.

— The founder

Where this goes

The next twelve months.

SiteLive improves every day — the organism audits itself nightly and ships. Here's where the big movements land.

Now

Voice everywhere

Hands-free walks shipped. Next: wearable capture, voice memory across every workspace — the site speaks its own record.

This quarter

Evidence films

Claims that play as video — Motion Engine reels of the period's confirmed work, rendered from the ledger, sent with the claim.
