The Operational Intelligence System for construction, quarries, haulage and site operations — built on evidence, run by intelligence, approved by humans.
Built for subbies and builders to run their business efficiently. Point solutions organise fragments — a form here, a photo there. SiteLive OS runs the whole operation on one measured record: your live records are generated from the work you actually do — no double entry, no admin pile-up — with an intelligence platform underneath that senses, grounds, predicts and drafts, and a human approving every consequential action.
Every number on a director's dashboard traces back to a fact captured on a foreman's phone. That is the difference between software that files paperwork and an OS that proves work.
Every hour a crew waits on an answer, a delivery, or a certification, prelims burn with nothing to show. This is what it costs while you read this page — and what a measured record claws back.
Click a workspace to see inside — every function, and how it out-works the point solutions.
Each engine contributes in its own way to better decisions for subscribers — and every consequential action still waits for a human signature.
Grounded reasoning over your own measured record — bookings, ledger, contracts, diaries. It cites what exists and never invents evidence.
GPU-rendered 3D truth — survey processing, BIM twins, photoreal renders and 4D playback, computed on demand at cloud scale.
Speech in any language becomes timestamped evidence — transcribed, faithfully translated, filed and searchable. Powered by best-in-class voice AI.
Programmatic film — flythroughs, claim playback and evidence reels rendered as video, every frame backed by the confirmed ledger.
Converse, strategise and draft with an AI that knows your project — meetings, memory, prompts and collaborative document building, grounded in your sites' real data.
Ask anything — "what did I flag on the walk this morning?" — and get the answer with the timestamped evidence attached, quoted verbatim.
Every answer traces to a record: a booking, a ledger line, a contract on file. If the document isn't uploaded, the AI says so instead of guessing.
SiteLive senses risk from its own measured record — certification shortfalls, late certifiers, expiring licences, red-rated performance — and drafts the protective action. Nothing sends itself.
The app audits its own rough edges nightly, ranks them, and improves daily — a self-improving platform with humans holding the approval gate.
From tomorrow's clash to next month's exposure: deep intelligence that helps you act early — and drafts the paperwork to protect your position when you do.
SiteLive doesn't bet your project on one AI vendor. Under the hood, every job is served by the frontier model best at that job — and as the labs leapfrog each other, we re-tune the line-up so you're always on the best available. You never pick a model; SiteLive does.
Best at: contracts, commercial analysis and long-document rigour — cost plans, cashflows, legal-style contract review, and the independent second read on every AI take-off.
Selected for its discipline with long, high-stakes documents — it follows a 200-page contract without losing the thread, and its errors are uncorrelated with our other models, which is exactly what a cross-check needs.
Best at: polished client-facing writing — methodologies, presentations, tender narratives — and turning spoken words into accurate text with frontier transcription.
Selected because when the words are going in front of your client, tone and craft matter — and its speech models power the accuracy behind every voice note filed as evidence.
Best at: deep multimodal reasoning — reading drawings, dockets, photos and schedules; the AI Workspace's grounded conversations; report generation and translation at speed.
Selected for the strongest vision-plus-reasoning on the market with a huge context window — it can hold your whole drawing set in mind — and a fast tier that makes high-volume extraction affordable inside every plan.
Best at: real-time-flavoured reasoning — multi-source deep research, records-search query understanding, and the BIM model co-pilot's code-heavy spatial work.
Selected for raw reasoning speed on fresh, messy questions — the model that shines when the answer has to be assembled from many live sources at once.
Every AI surface in SiteLive names what it's doing — draft a contract notice, read a delivery docket, cross-check a take-off, answer a site question. A single tuning table maps each task to the model that measurably does it best, and a multi-provider router dispatches the call in milliseconds — with automatic fallback to a second provider if a lab has an outage. Your team just asks; the routing, the failover and the model choice are SiteLive's job. And it's all included — all four labs, every plan, every member of staff, no per-seat AI add-ons.
A live taste of the AI Workspace — grounded on SiteLive's own feature record. Ask anything about the platform.
This demo answers from a curated feature record only — the real AI Workspace reasons over your live project data with citations. AI drafts and suggests; people approve.
Survey-grade truth for extraction: drone flight to measured stockpiles in minutes, with earned accuracy grades.
Every load, every delivery, accounted for — from booking to docket to invoice.
From the small builder or subbie scaling up — but plagued by inefficiency and rework — to the enterprise that needs to know what's really happening on its projects right now, and how to help their teams immediately.
Run the business, not the paperwork. Records generate themselves from the work you actually do — no double entry — and every claim line carries timestamped evidence, so you get certified and paid faster.
Scale without the inefficiency and rework tax. Certify against evidence, not assertions — performance, safety and compliance sensed daily, protective actions drafted for your sign-off.
Know what's really going on across every project, right now — and how to help your teams immediately. One source of truth from site to boardroom, every dollar traceable.
"Construction doesn't have an information problem. It has an understanding problem."
People often ask me why I built SiteLive.
The answer isn't because construction needed another app.
It didn't.
Construction already has software for drawings, RFIs, defects, programmes, safety, timesheets and documents. If all I wanted to do was build another management platform, there would have been no point.
I built SiteLive because after more than twenty years working in the industry, I realised something.
Construction doesn't have an information problem.
It has an understanding problem.
Every day on site we create thousands of pieces of information. Phone calls. Drawings. Emails. WhatsApp messages. Deliveries. Labour records. Plant movements. Site diaries. Photos. Surveys. Programmes. Safety records.
But none of those things truly understand what is happening on a project. They simply record it.
As a builder and project director, I spent years making decisions with information scattered across dozens of systems, hundreds of conversations and thousands of documents. I knew there had to be a better way.
From day one, the goal was never to replace builders. It was to help them.
I don't believe AI should make decisions for people. I believe it should give people the confidence to make better ones. That's why SiteLive is built on real project evidence, not guesses. It doesn't invent information or pretend to know something it doesn't. If the data isn't there, it says so.
Because that's how trust is built.
I also wanted to build something that smaller builders could actually afford.
Some of the best builders I've ever worked with run small businesses. They're not short on skill or experience. They're short on time, and they're expected to compete with companies that have entire teams dedicated to planning, reporting and administration.
That never sat right with me.
So every feature we've built has had one question behind it: "Will this genuinely help someone run a better project tomorrow?" If the answer is no, we don't build it.
SiteLive isn't trying to become another filing cabinet for construction. It's trying to become the operating system that quietly connects everything already happening on a project and turns it into something useful.
Something that warns you before problems become delays. Something that helps teams work together instead of chasing each other. Something that lets builders spend more time building and less time managing paperwork.
We're still at the beginning of that journey. The platform will continue to evolve, because construction evolves. Every customer teaches us something. Every project makes SiteLive better. We listen, we improve, and we keep moving forward.
Those people deserve better tools.
That's why I built SiteLive.
— The founder
SiteLive improves every day — the organism audits itself nightly and ships. Here's where the big movements land.
Hands-free walks shipped. Next: wearable capture, voice memory across every workspace — the site speaks its own record.
Claims that play as video — Motion Engine reels of the period's confirmed work, rendered from the ledger, sent with the claim.
The nervous system stops just sensing stress and starts forecasting it — delay and cost exposure flagged weeks out, protection drafted early.
SiteLive reads your contract, tracks obligations and time bars, and drafts every protective instrument on time — its own self-aware contract administrator, with you signing.
Verified track records — performance, safety, quality — become a subbie's reputation and win them work. SiteLive becomes the industry's evidence layer.
SiteLive OS for manufacturing, mining and automation — the same evidence ledger, the same four engines, new industry packs. Anywhere work needs proving, live.
Run the site, run the project, or run the whole business. Every plan is a full product — you move up for scope, capacity and the commercial & portfolio tools. The subcontractors you invite always confirm for free.
Every plan includes the whole build — Command & Mission Control, Engineering, QualityLive, SafetyLive, ReportLive, Ask SiteLive AI and unlimited subcontractor invites.
Running more than one project? Company pools your sites, people and allowances — add extra sites anytime at the named level's flat price (Field A$99 / Project A$299 per month). Allowances are soft: top up AI credits from A$12, storage from A$15/mo, WhatsApp from A$45 — nothing switches off mid-job. See the full plan comparison and top-ups →
